Who we are

Sangha Systems builds websites and automated follow-up systems for gyms, martial arts clubs, and fitness studios in the UK. For anything to do with your data, contact us at kp@sanghasystems.co.uk.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal:

• Enquiry details you choose to send us — your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business — whether by email or through our booking form.
• Basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used (such as page views), if any are collected at all. Nothing that identifies you personally.

Why we collect it

Two reasons only: to respond to your enquiry, and — if you become a client — to provide the services you’ve asked for. We don’t use your details for anything else, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask to join.

Our lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interest to reply when you get in touch, and on contract when we’re providing services you’ve agreed to. That’s it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it — to handle your enquiry, deliver the work, or meet basic record-keeping obligations. When it’s no longer needed, it goes.

Who we share it with

The service providers that host this site and handle scheduling and messaging on our behalf — nothing more, and only what they need to do their job. We never sell your data, to anyone, ever.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kp@sanghasystems.co.uk and we’ll sort it — no forms, no run-around.

Cookies

This site itself sets no cookies beyond anything strictly required by the hosting that serves it. No tracking pixels, no ad cookies, no consent-banner theatre.
