The services

Sangha Systems provides the services described on this site — website design and build, hosting, and the automated follow-up systems behind it — with the specifics agreed with each client before work starts. What we agree is what we deliver.

Billing and cancellation

You pay one flat monthly fee, billed monthly. There’s no long-term contract: you can cancel in any month, and your service simply runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. We keep clients with results, not paperwork.

Your domain, your content

• Your domain name is yours. It stays yours if you cancel — we never hold it hostage.
• Content you supply — photos, logos, timetables, copy — must be yours to use. By supplying it, you confirm it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

What we don’t promise

We build everything in good faith and work to make it perform, but we don’t guarantee specific search rankings, lead numbers, or revenue — nobody honestly can. Anyone who promises page one of Google by Friday is lying to you.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the fees you’ve actually paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
